Bioshock Fixes!

Currently, there were 2 major issues for me, antialiasing, and widescreen, both of which were fixed by either the community or hardware vendor.

The Widescreen Fix
==================================================

Download Racer_S's (Deserves an award) FOV Hack tool for bioshock. All credit for this goes to the WSGF community and Racer_S.

Now for me, .82 horizontal, .84 vertical was the right area (1440x900). For you it may be different, consult the widescreen gaming forum for more info.

Download it from here

Info on which settings to use here.

Anti-aliasing

Nvidia users : Update to the Bioshock specific beta drivers available at nzone.

Now, I'm on XP 32bit and I've heard Vista users may or may not have success with these. I know forcing it in the control panel DID work for me, but I don't have Vista installed atm, and my laptop is currently being shipped back for an RMA, so I can't test it :P.

Nvidia laptop users (8600M GT, etc). Visit LaptopVideo2Go and get your modded inf + 163.44 beta drivers for bioshock.

Feel free to email me (faeranicus at gmail) if you'd like to contribute to this page, ATI users specifically, I have no knowledge of your issues, same goes for Vista users. Please only report FIXES to be posted on this page, no problems. I am not a developer and I don't care if you can get the game running or not.
